The Ingram New Works Project brings characters to the stage who are a variety of ethnicities, races, sexual orientations, and gender identities and we seek authentic representation in the roles our playwrights create. Each year our need for actors changes depending on the casting requirements of individual plays in development. The Ingram New Works Project casts each play from a diverse pool of actors in the Nashville theatre community. Performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and ages, as well as performers with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.

Nashville Rep’s Ingram New Works Project provides more opportunities each month for actors in Nashville than any other program.
